chore: 页脚移除 'Built with Vue 3' 字样

- 页脚仅保留版权年份，去掉技术栈宣传文字
- 同步更新 timeTableFix 子模块 gitlink(导入按钮高亮)
- 移除无用的 .footer__dot 样式
