fix: use JSON clone instead of structuredClone for Vue reactive proxies

structuredClone cannot clone Vue reactive Proxy objects (DataCloneError).
EventModel contains only plain data, so JSON round-trip is safe and
lossless. Verified: organize, toggle, undo, download all work correctly.
