fix: use JSON clone instead of structuredClone for Vue reactive proxies
structuredClone cannot clone Vue reactive Proxy objects (DataCloneError). EventModel contains only plain data, so JSON round-trip is safe and lossless. Verified: organize, toggle, undo, download all work correctly.
